Refund policy

Prices in $CAD unless otherwise noted | ​Refund Policy Effective Date: March 6, 2022.

"Prepaid Travel Consulting Fee for Cindy Girard, Independent Agent" Refund Policy, doing business as Luxury Cruise & Travel by Design, for Expedia Cruises, Red Deer AB #201008. 
The prepaid consulting fee is non-refundable. This cost is directly related to expertise, and time for consulting during the steps of; before, during, and after travel when consulting services may be provided, regardless if travel-related services are purchased. The fee is not prorated and encompasses all steps of consulting regardless of your final commitment as a customer to make a purchase. After travel consulting engagement ends 30 days after the customer's scheduled date to return home from travel services purchased through Cindy Girard, Independent Agent.

“E-Products / Download Products” Refund Policy
All digital download products that are offered by Cindy Girard, Virtual Assistant Pro, and/or under the CindyGirard.com brand, are non-refundable. 

“Virtual Assistant Pre-Paid Service Packages” Refund Policy
When contracting Cindy Girard to perform a virtual service and/or mastermind consulting session, the service/project is non-refundable once work begins. Pre-paid services packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be resold. Ownership of any pre-paid service packages will remain with the original purchaser due to the custom nature of the service provided.

Your satisfaction with completed work is very important. Any errors and omissions will be addressed and delivery of final creative projects is always subject to client approval on final drafts. 

Customer Signature is required on the Service Agreement with a scope of work that outlines delivery expectations and terms of payment. It is understood that receipt of payment by Cindy Girard, Virtual Assistant Pro constitutes agreement to the Terms & Conditions, and terms within the Service Agreement and Scope of Work.

“Subscription / Recurring Payment Products” Refund Policy
Pre-paid services can be set up to automatically renew through our automated billing system. This is not a requirement, but a convenience to the Customer. If the Customer does not wish to automatically renew services, then work will end at the time that the service package has been exhausted.

Cancellation of Services:
Any ongoing, regularly scheduled work may be canceled or postponed at any time by the Customer. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to cindy (at) cindygirard (dot) com. Recurring monthly prepaid services require 30 days advance notice for cancellation of pre-authorized recurring payments. There is no cancellation notice required for customized work packages. No refunds will be offered on any prepaid services and/or packages.

“Third-Party" Providers Refund Policy
All products and services purchase through Affiliate links on this website are subject to the refund policy of that vendor and CindyGirard.com is not responsible for your purchase decision or satisfaction related to your purchase with any third-party provider.

How Refunds Work
Digital products you’ve downloaded cannot be “returned” to us, so we trust you to not re-sell or otherwise re-distribute those files. Also if you get a refund but continue to use a product you purchased from us it is a violation of intellectual property rights laws (in other words, it’s stealing, and can be subject to legal action).

How Cancellations Work
Any ongoing, regularly scheduled work may be canceled or postponed at any time by the Customer. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to cindy (at) cindygirard (dot) com. Recurring monthly prepaid services require 30 days advance notice for cancellation of pre-authorized recurring payments.

Please include the words “Cancel Subscription” and specify the product and purchase email address used. Please allow up to 48 hours for all cancellation requests.

How to Request a Refund
Simply email your refund request to cindy (at) cindygirard (dot) com. Please include the words “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email to help us get to it quickly.

IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION: When applicable, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited back to your account. Your refund will be processed in Canadian Dollars. If you are outside of Canada, you may experience a positive or negative differential amount due to the exchange at the time of processing your original payment and refund payment. This differential amount is out of our control and can not be claimed as part of your refund.

It would be very helpful if you’d also tell us why you’re requesting a refund. We take feedback seriously, and it really does help us make better product recommendations and improve our sales process. We want every customer to be satisfied!
